Here is the information concerning her viewings and funeral.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Funeral and the Viewings will all take place @ 455 East 200 South Pleasant Grove, UT (It is a ward building.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On Sunday, August 17th there will be a viewing from 6 pm - 8 pm. Her brother is a Dutch Oven Master!  We made it on Memorial Day and it was GREAT!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 1/2 cup water&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;1/4 cup cocoa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 cup light brown sugar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 (10 oz) bag miniature marshmellows&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 chocolate cake mix; prepared as directed&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Line the bottom and sides of a 12" Dutch oven with heavy foil.  Mix the water, cocoa powder, and brown sugar together and pour into the Dutch oven.  Add marshmellows and spread them out evenly.  Pour prepared chocolate cake mix over marshmellows. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine soy sauce, bouillon and spices; pour over roast. Add water to almost cover roast. Cover and cook over low heat 10-12 hours or until meat is very tender. Remove meat from broth; reserve broth. Shred meat with a fork. Serve on hard rolls or French bread slices with broth. After making some adjustment I thought it was ready for success. It is a great combo of sweet with salty tortilla chips. The original recipe called for zest and juice of one small orange and 1 whole can of cranberry sauce: it was too sweet.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 can whole cranberry sauce                                        &lt;br /&gt;1 can roasted red peppers (or 3)  &lt;br /&gt;1 tsp fresh garlic&lt;br /&gt;¼ cup diced sweet onion                           Loosen cranberry sauce. Cream together butter and sugars.  Add egg and vanilla, beat well.  Slowly stir in flour mixture.  Fold in the oatmeal – use wooden spoon, not electric mixer.  If the cookie dough is too dry stir in some milk (shouldn’t need to for oatmeal raisin, should if making cranberry cookies - only stir in a tablespoon at a time).  Fold in either the white chocolate, cranberries and nuts or plumped raisins.  Drop by teaspoonfuls, piling up dough. Cream together butter and sugars.  Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.  Carefully blend in the flour mixture, mix well.  If the cookie dough is too dry stir in some milk.  Fold in the chocolate, caramel and coconut.  Drop by teaspoonfuls, piling up dough.  Bake 7 to 9 minutes in 400º oven.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Indulgence cookie recipe was adapted from the Delta Chapter of Phi Upsilon Omicron UW High Altitude Cookbook.  To turn them back into chocolate chip cookies, substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 c chopped pecans for the kisses, caramel bits and coconut. Drain hamburger.  Stir in rice, parsley, salt, and lemon pepper, cinnamon, oregano, water, and cheese.   Heat to boiling cover and simmer stirring occasionally until water is absorbed about 15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Dry cabbage leaves and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.  Mound 1/2 cup filling at stem end of each leaf, roll folding in sides. Fasten with a toothpick, place in an ungreased baking dish and pour 1 cup water over rolls.  Cover and bake 30 minutes.  Drain and spoon hot lemon sauce over rolls.  Garnish with parsley.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LEMON SAUCE:&lt;br /&gt;Mix 1 package Chicken Gravy mix with 3/4 cup water.  Add 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice.
