Kim Shaw was killed in a car accident Sunday (Aug 10th). Here is the information concerning her viewings and funeral.
The Funeral and the Viewings will all take place @ 455 East 200 South Pleasant Grove, UT (It is a ward building.)
On Sunday, August 17th there will be a viewing from 6 pm - 8 pm. On Monday the 18th the viewing will go from 10 am to 11 am with the funeral starting at 11 am.

Cowboy Caviar
1 big can diced tomatoes
2 cans Rotel tomatoes (with chilis)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can corn
1 bunch green onion
1 red onion
approx. 1 c. Italian Dressing.
1 avacado, diced (optional)
cilantro to taste (optional)
Mix and serve with tortilla chips

Chip Dip - I don't know the actual name
1/2 lb sausage, browned
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 brick cream cheese
Heat until cream cheese is softened and enjoy with tortilla chips!
